Day 344 Beer 344 Sigha, Boon Rawd Brewery, Thailand

It was Dolores and Tom's 48th aniversary tonight and to celebrate we had went to a great Thai restaurant in Winterhaven to celebrate along with Tom, Dolores, Edie and Fred. So a supper the gents, Tom, Fred and Myself all had a couple of Singhas. Singha is a Euro Pale Lager. It poured a clear golden yellow with only one finger of head and virtually no lacing. The aroma is slighty sweet with a grassy hop background. The taste is very crisp and clean with hints of citrus/grapefruit hop bitterness and a nice dry finish. Overall a very good euro lager, 3.4 out of 5.
