Day 357-Beer 357 Brooklyn Summer Ale, Brooklyn Brewing C. Brooklyn New York

Tonight's brew is an English Pale ale. It pours a clear golden colour with an orange hint to it. It had one finger of white head that dissipates quickly leaving just a spot of lacing. The aroma is very light with a hint of grassy hops. The flavour has a sweet malt character with a hint of coriander, orange and some grassy hops, Not the best brew but not the worst either 3.2 out of
