Day 349-Beer 349 Maibock, Capital Brewery Co, Middleton Wisconsin

tonight's brew as the name states is a Maibock. It poured a a murky golden amber with a slight orange hue with two fingers of head that left almost no lacing. The aroma was very yeasty up front with a sweet honey and molasses background. The flavour has caramel malts and bread yeast of front with a spicy hop background which settles back to a sweet finish. A little to sweet for the style but a fairly good brew, 3.5 out of 5
