Day 233 beer 233 Dead Rise Old Bay Summer Ale, Flying Dog Brewery, Frederick Maryland

Tonight's brew is a Herb Spiced Beer. It poured a hazy light golden colour with okay head that dissipated to a small ring around the edge of the glass.  The aroma although not strong is slightly hoppy  with some herbal and spice accents. The taste is somewhat spicy up front with hints of pepper  and cloves and a little malt with just a bit of hops providing a little lingering bitterness. Overall well carbonated with a unique flavour and a good balance of sweet and spices, 3.6 out of 5.
